- Austin Chemical responsible for Hazmat compliance, shipping, import, logistics, and delivery
- Austin Chemical will provide the best source(s) specific to quality, availability and price
- Inquiries to be processed within 48 hours of receipt
- Advise non-commercially available items within 48 hours
- Austin Chemical, through our partner network, shall attempt to develop custom sources for products not offered commercially
